Custom Jingle Dresses & Accessories

I just recently finished an order for matching jingle dresses and accessories for some sisters. The smaller dress is a size 18month and the bigger is a girl's size 8-10. This was a custom order; the customer requested red, turquoise and white with a Paint Horse as the design. I love how it all came together!

Turquoise Blue Baby Moccasins...

Here are some of my newest Fully Beaded Baby Moccasins. They are about a size 7 and are fully beaded. They are hand-sewn with white deer hide. Shoshone Design.

A request for Sponge Bob...

Just about any type of design is bead-able! This is a Sponge Bob Pendant I recently made for a customer whose daughter loves Sponge Bob. I used a pink background to make it more feminine. I think it turned out really fun! The necklace is connected to the pendant and I used Hair-bone as well as seed beads to incorporate a Native design into this modern piece. Custom Colors...

Here's a barrette I recently sold...as you can see it's basically the same as the other pink barrette I have listed, but with this one, the customer requested I swap out the yellow and orange for shades of purple. So if you see something you like, but would prefer it in a different color...just let me know!

Moccs for your Rear-View-Mirror

These are some tiny fully beaded moccasins I made for my dad recently. They are about 2 inches long and are connected in a pair as a wall-hanging, or to hang on the rear-view-mirror in your car. They are a Sioux design.

My biggest order yet...

This order has been in the works for a couple months now. I love how they turned out. The design is so striking! Included in this order was a pair of Women's fully beaded moccasins (size 9) 2 medium-sized barrettes, a pendant, and 1 large barrette.

An Infant-sized Grass Outfit

This is a Grass Outfit I recently made for a 5 month old in Iowa. The top part of the outfit is sewn to a onesie and pulls over baby's head. The bottom apron has an elastic waist making it easy to pull off and on. I also included elastic cuffs for baby's ankles. Want one for your little Baby Grass Dancer? Women's Fully Beaded Moccasins

Here are some women's moccasins that I recently finished. They are a custom order, and were made to match a set of barrettes in a photograph. They are fully beaded, and when I'm completely done, will come with matching barrettes and pendant. They are a women's size 9 and are sewn onto white German tanned deer hide.

Newborn Baby Moccasins

A good friend of mine asked me to make some baby moccasins for her new baby boy. These are fully beaded with a Shoshone design. They are sewn onto white deer hide.

Shoshone Design Baby Girl Moccs

Here's the latest baby moccasins that I've made...in a Shoshone design with white background. These are a size 3. They have a fully beaded toe and full beaded border. These were sewn onto white commercial tanned deer hide. They are super soft and comfy for those little chubby baby feet!

Women's Fully Beaded Moccasins

Here are some Women's Fully Beaded Moccasins that I just finished recently. They were made for a woman in Canada. She wanted them to match a set of accessories she had, and so she sent me a photograph to match. These are a woman's size 8 1/2 - 9. The beading was a bit intimidating, as the design was pretty complex. However, I think the colors and design all came together really well!
These were sewn onto commercial-tanned deer hide. If you'd like to order some custom moccasins, let me know! I am open to different designs, colors etc. just message me!

Toddler Boys Grass/Hoop Outfit

Here is a grass outfit that I just finished for a little Comanche boy. The grass outfit is a size 18 month-2T and the moccasins are a size 5.

It was sewn with 3 shades of satin--orange, green and turquoise. This particular outfit was a custom design to match the customer's beaded headband.

Here are some beaded baby moccasins (size 5) that I made for one of my good friend's from home. They are for her baby girl. I tried to go a different direction with my usual Shoshone design. I like how the colors go well together!

I've been busy this last week making a few new baby moccasins. These are beaded on to white commerical tanned deer hide. I think the white contrasts beautifully with the different colors and designs!

These are a Shoshone design, with fully beaded border. This is a more traditional color scheme. Size 3. $50

Recently, through my etsy shop, I had an order for some custom made baby moccasins. These are fully beaded baby moccasins sewn on to white deer hide with ankle fringe. They are a Lakota Sioux design. I think they turned out great! These were about a size 3.

A new Jingle Dress

I made a new jingle dress for my little sister-in-law who turned 4 a few weeks ago. I included matching accessories--beaded butterfly barrettes, handkerchief, and leggings.

Beaded Butterfly Barrettes

I wanted to make some barrettes to match her jingle and fancy outfit. I used the colors pink, yellow, blue and green. These are hand-beaded, backed with commercial tanned hide and beaded with a small border.

I love how the colors and design really POP!

New Moccasins!

I finally got around to not only starting but also FINISHING some new beaded moccasins for my little girl. Since her jingle dress and fancy outfit have similar colors, it'll work for either outfit! The design is a lot different from my usual designs, but I think with the colors and everything it turned out great. These moccasins are fully beaded, and are about a toddler size 9. These are made with brain-tanned buckskin.

Navajo Sash Belt Barrettes

Recently, a friend of mine asked if I could make her newborn baby some barrettes inspired by the Navajo Sash Belt. I've never beaded this design before, so I was excited to try it out...I think they turned out really cute! The Sash Belt is a very important part of Navajo Regalia...I think making them into barrettes is a great way to incorporate it into a little girl's special outfit. These barrettes are loom-beaded with size 13 seed beads, sewn to a leather backing and then beaded with a small border. Very cute for your little Navajo girl! $15/pair

Crow Inspired Earrings...

After a recent visit to the Crow Agency in Montana, I was really inspired by Crow beadwork. Their beadwork is amazing. Here are some beaded earrings I made...These ones are about the size of a quarter...

and these ones are about the size of a 1/2 dollar...They are backed with leather and have a beaded border.

Beaded Pouches...

I've always been interested in Museum-quality reproductions of old Indian beadwork. Here are a couple of my "renditions" of Old beadwork. I used some "old" beads in colors that are hard to find to make them look a little more authentic.

This beadwork is a Sioux style...The pouch above was made out of commercial tanned hide; and the one below with more traditional Brain-tanned deer hide.
